I have had my first transactions with VT Mortgage this past year and Rebecca has been a "life saver". I had one client who was ready to offer and his first lender that he'd been pre qualified for over a year, wouldn't do the loan, I said, just try VT Mortgage and see what they can do. 2 Days later he was approved and even though the house he was buying was with an FHA loan and needed some work, the lender worked with us so well to bring it to closing in a timely manner. Everyone was so thrilled with the transaction. Closings are smooth and the attorneys are happy with the closing process. I had another client who was moving here from another state and starting a new job, she found the perfect house, but was having issues getting a loan, again Rebecca and VT Mortgage company came through and helped what looked like an overwhelming transaction run smoothly and close timely! I am quick to refer my buyers to Rebecca not only because the job gets done, but she is responsive and keeps me informed through the whole process with email updates.
